A little over a year ago my SO went to get a physical. Blood drawn and the flu shot. The thing is he doesn't remember if he got the whooping cough vaccine aswell. I was there and I remember asking about it but not sure if they gave it to him or not. He called today to find out but he's doctors office say they have new systems and everything new and they don't have he's records no more.

If in fact he did get the vaccine would it be ok to get it "again" if he's not sure if he took it in the first place?
