Help?
I’ve only just started to use menstrual cups and it’s kind of traumatic, firstly I find getting it in and open is hard and secondly I also find it a bit difficult to get out. It’s easier since I got a bigger cup. But it is tricky and then trying to get to a tap to rinse and reinsert while in public is a bit hard too.
