Basal temperature
Okay I took my nasal temp on Wednesday morning and it said 97.70 I didn’t take it yesterday cause I had to be up very early so I took it today and it was 97.75. I am new to this basal temperature thing. I just ended my cycle yesterday so if anyone can explain this to me so I know when to let my husband be aware to when we need to have sex again so we can hopefully get pregnant soon. Thanks.
