What is the likeliness that getting my membranes stripped will actually get labor started?

I'm 38 weeks and 2 days, and already 2 cm dilated when I got checked on Monday.

It worked for me the second time it was done first at 39 weeks and the second time at 40 weeks. Went to an appointment on Thursday and got my membrane swept and started contractions through out the night the next day I had my baby girl
