How many naps?

How old is your little one and how many naps do they take a day, on average? Two naps a day or one long one in the afternoon?

She’s transitioning from 2 to 1 so sometimes one in the am and pm and sometimes just one in mid day.

Two naps... one at around 9 for about an hour and the second around 1:30/2 for about an hour and a half. He goes to bed around 7 and sleeps until about 6:30.

14 months and she takes 2 naps she wakes at 630/7/30 first nap between 9/10AM AND second nap between 3/4PM and then bed at 8PM
