Good first time matte plum/mauve/dusty rose lipstick ?

I'm trying to find a lipstick that matches my navy dress but I've never worn lipstick but I like matte

And my favorite (in the tube) is Viper by colourpop but the bad reviews make me nervous

I don't want something super dark bc I'm pale and I don't like rlly pink or rlly brown lipsticks if u have suggestions comment! Pls! Help a girl out!

Maybelline 24 super stay is perfect stuff
Lasts hours even through drinking and eating without smudging or flamingo, variety of nude shades with some reds/purples 
My shade is: 110 so prearly pink 
I have pale skin too so nude shades are my go too

Viper is dark! It doesn’t look like it but it is a deep deep red. If you want a nude I’d go for Bianca
