my mom was a rep for a bit, and we all did it. it is a total pyramid scam. the had her buy all the shakes and boxes that had all the supplements and stuff. my dad lost weight in the 1st week and hit a platoe. it is a fad diet, meaning on it, it might work for a bit, but you aren't going to be on it for ever. people do these with the idea it is easier and faster to lose weight. but it doesn't help you develope good exercise habits, nor does it help you with a normal healthy diet for life. people,  including my mom and dad, gain it back as fast as they lost it. you start craving real food. I don't reccomend it.

Your better off eating healthier then doing that diet, I tried it but they annoyed me too much about getting friends & family also signed up. It just got to me. And then I watched a documentary on Netflix (I can’t remember the name but if you google it you should be able to find it) about how it’s a pyramid scheme and then it all clicked to me why they were so insistent on getting other ppl signed up

I did for a month, it was expensive, but I did loose 5lbs. But stopped after I found out I was pregnant..this was also 3 years ago so idk how the prices are now.
