So after trying every birth control pill out there it has never helped my periods stay regular and my mom suggested I get an IUD. I've never had kids and I don't mind if I get the hormones or not but I'm not sure if I should get Skyla or para guard. And if anyone has advice or input on their experience I would greatly appreciate it! (It's also my first ever gyno appointment and I'm so scared and I have no idea what to expect)
