Have you ever considered a baby because your bf wants one.?

My bf wants me to have a baby my senior year and I'm a junior now. He's a senior now. I really want a baby but I kinda wanna wait till I'm out. We both want a baby soo bad but do you think I should wait.? I have very good grades a car a job and I'm about to have my own house.

Their is so much more than a job, a house, and a car. There is the insurance, savings, and planning for the future. Believe me I want a baby more than anything but right now wouldn't be okay. Im out of high school yea, but I'm finishing up massage therapy school and my bf is finishing up his AA. I want 30,000 saved up before having a kid, I want to get married, and I want my bf to finish college. I also want to be selfish a little but longer with my free time and vacations. So think about the future of the baby and the sanity of yourself will i be happier and will I be prepared better now or later?

Helping with a sibling is completely different than raising a child. I would wait. At least be on your own for a while, so that you can understand the nature of independent finances. Having a job in high school is not the same thing as being financially stable.

I would wait a little longer , until I at least finish h.s , a baby is a beautiful thing. I would also wait till im completely financially ready, im jusf scared to push a baby outta my vag lol

​I'm 31 now, stable job, car, house (and mortgage wheeee), insurance and a stable marriage. I feel more ready now than I would of then.

Wait . I had my son at 18 , my situation is different then the majority of young parents though ! I'm married , and we have the means to support our family were actually TTC our second ! However we weren't trying for our first it caught us off guard but if you have to ask for advice on weather or not you're ready to have a family , then chances are you're not ready it's a big responsibility !!
