You have to have HSV2 orally in order to pass it through oral sex. If you only have it genitally then you can’t pass it through oral sex. If he goes down on you then yes, there is a 4% chance you can pass it w/o a current outbreak.

Yes but with a dental dam unless he’s just wild like my bf is, I don’t think people usually get HSV-2 orally but I wouldn’t risk it only because that’s the more aggressive strain. My boyfriend wants to sooo bad but the only reason he hasn’t is because his wife is pregnant and she doesn’t wanna risk giving it to their son during birth so he hasn’t given me oral since before I was diagnosed in December we just do a ton of other stuff instead lmao.
