UM IS THIS NORMAL?? Help me please!!

So um I’ve either never noticed this before or never had this happen to me before. Is this normal? My veins are extremely seeable and blue (I know they’re supposed to be blue). What could’ve caused it? I’m freaking out, please help me. Thanks y’all!
