Who is taking them? 
What changes did you notice throughout the course of taking Med/ Meds?
How long before you conceived? 
Are you continuing with pills during pregnancy?

I take maca for about 3 months now. No changes yet. We will see. If it does not work with everything else I'm taking by September than I will add Vitex as well

I've taken vitex for about 6 weeks. Started them for breast cysts. Pain in my breasts went away after only 2 weeks, skin cleared up and I had zero PMS symptoms. I don't know if I've conceived this month yet, but I will discuss with my naturopath about continuing them if I have. My sister took them through her first 6 weeks of pregnancy though.
