I had my first IUI a week ago I'm Friday. I'm expected to get my period this Friday. Is it too early to test???

If you had your trigger shot it will show positive until it gets off you system. I did it in my last cycle. Tested on 8dpo and got a faint positive and got excited and even announced my hubby that we were pregnant, but later when I tested on 12dpo no more lines. That’s when I care to know there trigger shots has hcg in it which will give you a false positive.
I didn’t mean to discourage you, but if you had taken your trigger shot I would only trust tests taken after 11dpo.
