Was the weight of your baby correct compared to the one the Doctors told you at your last ultrasound?

I'd say he was off by about a pound.  At a 38 week ultrasound they said baby was 7lbs8ozs and he was born 39w5d and weighed 7lbs10ozs.  Late in pregnancy they say baby gains 1/2 lb/week so by their estimate he should have been around 8lbs8ozs

I know many people that were told that their babies were larger and even induced early because of it to end up having 6 pound babies. My doctor never said anything about either of my babies sizes and they were each right under 9 pounds😯

With my first my doctor told me a few days before I went into labor that my son would be around 7 1/2 pound, maybe 8. My son was 10lbs, 2 oz and 22 1/4 inches!
