not feeling myself!

i was following this great diet and i was losing a lot of weight and because of that i was feeling great about myself! but for some reason i really got out of track and for the last month i’ve been gaining weight like craazzyy! when i was feeling better about myself i felt really motivated to go to the gym and exercise, but now that i feel horrible i never want to go to the gym because i feel fat with gym clothes and i don’t want to feel bad! but the more i stay home the more i gain weight and the more i don’t exercise so its like a cycle! i really need motivation to focus on my diet again.... i need to exercise!
