Need advice

I’m going to doctor this week but on 1/10-1/13 I had positive hpt’s and on 1/13 I went to hospital for some spotting. I’ve been spotting since nothing really heavy like a period but it’s been 8 days. Just yesterday 1/20 I took another hpt and it turned positive even quicker than the first few. At the hospital they did an ultrasound and no signs of a sac anywhere but my beta was 23. I haven’t gotten re tested since but I will this week. Could I be miscarrying or could I still be pregnant? BTW my period was 5 days late.

First is from last night 1/20 line is darker and turned within 1 minute. Not like the previous ones that are a little light

Been TTC since Sept 2015 after tubal reversal July 2015.

UPDATE: went to ER today 1/22 more bleeding this time bright red and heavier...HCG verified at 812 with 3.1 cm growth on right ovary suspecting ectopic pregnancy 😫 need to repeat in 2 days with OB

No confirmation of IntraUterinePregnancy

Update : 1/25 Beta HCG tested at 1366 48 hours later. Had an ultrasound today but don’t know results as of yet. Still been spotting and some days full blown bleeding. No cramps or anything serious just lower back pain that feels like my sciatic nerve pain. Passed some small tissue nothing major or alarming. Even though any blood is scary. But I’m staying positive

Update: on Saturday 1/26 I went in the night before for bleeding and found out I had an ectopic in my left tube. I had emergency surgery to remove the whole tube. I’m devastated but happy to be home recovering 😭😢
