Toddler bed?

Any Mommas have their babies in toddler beds yet? How did it go for you? 
We're thinking of doing like a Montessori floor bed for Aidan cause he HATES his crib..

I work in a Montessori school so we decide to make a Montessori bedroom for her... she had sleep there since she was 3 months and se really love it. She is very independent cause she can go down the bed every time she wants! It’s great!

Yes! He loves it. We used a pool noodle under the sheet to prevent rolling out. He can get in and out but stays put during the night.

Nah, he’s fine with his crib and I don’t trust him with an open bed yet. Plus, he’s a very acrobatic sleeper, all over the place, and I think he’d flip right out, even with the short railing. It only guards it parts of the way across and he would fall out of that gap.

I want to, but there's no way she'll nap there! I just hate that she drops her loveys down the backside of the crib and I have to go dig them out every single day 😩 maybe she'd sleep a little later if she could get them herself when she dropped them.    working on completely 100% baby proofing her room so that we could try it out at some point hopefully before her sibling arrives  🤷

We went with a floor bed. She has done amazing in it! She is still in our room next to our bed. We did put a gate around her just in case she gets up and I some how don't hear her. She was sleeping in our bed and has done 5-6 hour stretches in her bed. She still comes in our bed early morning for snuggles and boob :) but falls back to sleep with us.
