Ovulation turned to AF 💔

So according to Glow I was ovulating sometime this week. I was OPKing and all of them were negative. At the end, I finally got my AF today! Least I think I did. It's light spotting. No cramps. I'm so depressed. I have very irregular cycles. My last period before today was Jan 1st of this year. How do I update new cycles on Glow? TTC baby #2. Do I still have hope? Don't know when I ovulate  😭
