I know nothing about charting anything? What am I looking for when I chart my cm? And what does my cervix feel like? How do I know if it's high or low?

When you check yourself you will feel your vaginal walls and as you move up you will feel a kinda long thing at the top of your VJ and it will either feel firm or soft but you will be able to stick the tip of your finger in the outer surface area of what is called your cervix when you feel your cervix pull your finger out and you will see the Cervical Mucus and you can see texture and if it is clear or milky colored
