Anyone have pregnancy acne and if so are you having a boy or girl?

It's too early to know 100% sure one way or the other... But I think it's another girl and I have been breaking out.

I have some acne. Is mostly what my face looked like before starting my period. Just a few here and there. With my daughters pregnancy I had all the opposite of the old wives tales. No acne, no morning sickness.. So I could never be certain I was having a girl. This pregnancy I have morning sickness and I have acne. ?? Lol.

Anyone have pregnancy acne and if so are you having a boy or girl?
