Will big baby come early?

Question

I’m having a repeat csection at 39 Weeks...so far  this girl is growing at a rapid pace and is in the 97% growth percentile....I’m measuring 3 weeks ahead.  I’m gonna ask my OB in a few days but does anyone know if they move the csection date up for big babies even though I’m not pushing this baby out?

I'm in the same boat I asked and she said she goes by my due date because that's when she will be fully developed and to make sure her lungs and everything will be fully formed said she could end up weight 9 pda but since it's a c section it's on main thing is to make sure she is developed fully
