Reoccurring yeast infections pregnancy

I just finished my 7 day treatment that the doctors gave me for a yeast infection a few days ago and feel that it is not gone yet. Do I need go back to the OB again? Anyone had reoccurring YI during pregnancy...what did you do? 24 weeks and don’t want to do too many medications...
