Thoughts on painting your nails during pregnancy? Or even going to the salon to have them painted?

You can get nail polish that’s more safe for pregnancy with less chemicals in it. I’d do some research if I was you and find a good nail polish.

As long as you aren’t huffing the paint and it’s a ventilated area I see no issue. I still paint my own nails at home when they need it.

I personally don’t paint my nails or go to salons just due to the chemicals that I could end up inhailing. I would say that if you feel okay painting your nails, do so! But would definitely reccomend not going to a salon because there’s wayyy more to inhale that could harm the baby
