This is a strange question so please don’t judge!

So my friend has been bleeding since the week of the 11 December non stop (yes this will be her 7 week bleeding) She’s never had regular periods and also has PCOS. She FINALLY went to the Doctor/Gyn about it and they’ve told her she had a miscarriage and this is how the body deals with it when you have PCOS. Now my friend also has a history of stretching the truth a wee bit - so my question is Can you tell someone has actually had a miscarriage 7 weeks after having it??
