arms, stomach, legs, butt, and boobs! help!

the main places i want to LOSE weight and tone are my arms stomach legs and butt, i also want to lift and firm my breasts. does anyone have any dieting or exercise tips that they've tried that have worked for any/all of these areas? or just any advice in general? i know clean eating and water are a big part, and some exercise as well but i'd like specifics!! please help me out, i'm desperate and i'd really like to reach my body goal sooner than later! and any advice on staying motivated would help immensely as well (: thank you in advance!
