bleeding on your most fertile day ...... is it something I should be worried about or no? Is it normal?

Yes, it comes from when the egg is released & it’s called ovulation spotting. It’s normal

If you have had some bleeding on the day you ovulated, this is nothing to be worried about. It is perfectly normal and actually common. You don't have to get it every month either. My consultant said, it is actually a sign of very high fertility so if you get it, have sex as you have released a lovely ripe egg as she put it. I get it every 6 months or so ☺

Unusual bleeding (ie bleeding in the middle of your cycle) that can’t be put down to just an early period or implantation bleeding, should always be checked out by a doctor. Probably something or nothing, but I personally would get it checked out x
