How long do you ladies usually keep yourself either elevated a little or with your legs spread open to make sure you got everything up in there ?😭😂 
& tmi but I usually have to go pee after so how long do you wait to go pee too !? Lmfao seriously TIA 😩😂

There isn’t any scientific evidence that this helps any after BD, as other posters noted sperm are strong swimmers.  However most yoga instructors advise when it’s actually helpful is During the TWW. It’s a legit yoga pose called viparita karani, and it helps blood flow, thereby strengthening the uterine lining during implantation.

I try to wait 30min each time with my butt elevated. it's our first month trying and I also feel like his swimmers just "leak" out of me the minute I get vertical.  we also use pre seed....so it could be that too....

Its been proven elevating isn’t necessary, the sperm begin swimming to their destination immediately, no mater the position. I lay down for about 15 minutes after but it is too uncomfortable to elevate

I laid with my legs in the air for about 10 mins afterwards. I fell pregnant with my daughter by doing this maybe it was by chance but it worked for me lol x

I didn’t elevate at all - it’s not required. I usually waited about 20-30 minutes before peeing.
Sperm are powerful swimmers, don’t worry!
