Labor?

I’m 37 weeks tomorrow, had my bloody show this morning...

I’ve been having hip pains every five minutes for over two hours now, these go along with lower back pain though the hip pain is more intense. It does feel similar to cramping.

However, thus far the pain level is not getting more intense, but if these aren’t contractions why are they all lasting around 30 seconds and why are they occurring every five minutes? Anyone know anything about this?
