Questions to ask when interviewing a home daycare?

We are interviewing a home daycare tonight that has come highly recommended by friends and neighbors. I’m wanting to put together a good list of questions to really get a feel of the home/teachers/etc. Opinions or ideas on questions? Thanks!

1. What is your favorite age group to work with and what types of activities would you do with them?
2. If two children were having a physical fight, how would you handle the situation?
3. How would you deal with an angry or concerned parent?
4. What is your favorite activity or event that you have planned for children? Did parents like it?
5. How many kids do you have in each class and have many staff per classroom?
6  Do you have first-aid/CPR and child development training?
7.  Can I drop my child off early or pick him/her up late sometimes?
8.  If my child gets sick, would you give him medication?
9. What is your policy on children who come to the daycare obviously sick and with a fever? 
10. How do you communicate with parents? Is there a regular newsletter or a notice board? Is there a daily report or another way you inform parents of what children did during the day (naps, bottles, BMs, etc.)?

I’d ask if they accept any unvaccinated children.

I'd ask about ratio of adults to children, if infants & toddlers are separated, and if they require their children to be vaccinated.

Cpr and other certifications.
Religious preferences(if that's important to you)
Food preferences and schedules
What freaks me out the most about those larger daycare centers is that they are so committed to their schedules. It breaks my heart to think my baby might be crying outside of their one on one time and not getting attention. Or sitting in a messy diaper because it was outside of changing time.
