Confused

Hello guys! So I started my period Wednesday the 17th and got off Saturday the 20th, my periods are usually 5-6 days long? This morning at work it felt like something was coming out so I ran to the restroom and nothing? Later on I went to the restroom again and there was a big blood clot? I was cramping and had the worst headache ever. Has this ever happened??
