Just found out I'm pregnant and am nervous

I'm 26 and newly engaged. I was told I was infertile due to endometriosis. My partner believed he was also. 1.5 years later I'm pregnant. I'm 1 year out of college. I'm excited and anxious all at the same time. I don't want to make the same mistakes my mom made and I also don't want to miscarriage given my fertility condition.
