BRAXTON HICKS!!!!😩😩

So for the past week or so my Braxton hicks contractions done been a little bit strong ... Today I got one so strong it knocked the air outta me... it’s way too early to be experiencing these and with my last daughter I went into pre-term labor with her at 30 weeks... I’m only 24 weeks and 4 days .. idk if it’s because I move around so much that it triggers it or what not! I also hear from people that when this is not your first pregnancy you tends to notice them early on .. idk.. but I’m hoping that they subside so I won’t have to take a trip into the er...
