Implantation Symptoms

Anyone else have brown spotting on and off for 3 days (started 9 days post ovulation) and day 21 of cycle.

Tested a few times BFN. Also some cramping, super tired and headache. Anyone else have these symptoms and got a BFP? What day did you get the BFP after the spotting?
