First Day Of Raw Vegan!

*UPDATE*

I thought I mentioned this, guess I didn’t, I’m raw till 4, not full raw. Raw till 4 means you eat raw foods all day long and at dinner you carb up with a cooked meal usually including quinoa, rice, noodles, potatoes, etc. with an assortment of cooked veggies.

Wow. All I can say is wow. I NEVER felt so guilt free eating, even as a vegetarian. I’ve never felt so happy with what I’ve just eaten. I’ve read certain places I didn’t eat quite enough today, but I also feel like I ate quite a lot... I ate any time I was hungry, like Freelee the banana girl says to do. Here is my list of food I ate today, please tell me how I did!

5 bananas

1 lemon

1 apple

1 orange

3 strawberries

2 handful of peanuts

1 handful of grapes

3 handfuls of spinach

1 soy burger

1 quinoa burger

1 Asian vegetable burger

2 handfuls of sliced cooked unsalted potatoes

And lots of water & almond milk.

(The reason my dinner has so many vegan burgers is because I accidentally waited too long for dinner and was STARVING!)
