How do you stay happy?

Question

Left and right someone’s pregnant. Sister, best friend, sister in law. How do you stay happy and sane through this ttc journey? I’m so miserable, I’ve cried a lot today. Literally everyone is pregnant but me. I feel so alone. So incredibly alone in this journey and feeling. I’m ready to throw in the towel. 
After hearing that my SIL is pregnant today I think I just give up. This hurts too much. 
I don’t know anymore...😢

I’m in this walk with you dear! My best friend, SIL, both had babies and my sister is pregnant. I’m devastated. I feel like I’m falling into a dark hole. This is going to sound corny but even me feeling so down in the dumps and so useless as a women for my husband remember this...

I feel exactly the same right now. its hard seeing pregnant family and friends even when they weren't even trying. i am happy for them, but deep i feel a little dead inside. we have now focused on ourselves and enjoying our 3yr old son. that really helps. oh and traveling to ease off on the ttc journey. this feeling comes and goes for me. baby dust to you*****

same feelings here😔. I just keep telling myself that our perfect baby will be 100% worth the wait. I also bought a journal to write to our future baby and document the whole process.  It helps keep everything straight in my mind too, as far as what days we had scans, follicle measurements,  etc. our time will come.

when im with my pregnant friend, i just try really hard not to think about myself. It makes me kindof sad, but then i feel like a jerk. The more we hang out, i feel like i have to fake my excitement for her.
