How do you handle period acne?

I’ve always break out sooooo bad a couple days before my period and my normal skin care routine just does not work. Any tips? Help ya girl out! 💙💙💙💙

I went to the dermatologist. They gave me retinol. It curbed it some but not all the way. I finally decided to start birth control and in months my acne was gone.

drink heaps of water and eat as cleanly as possibly!!! also a good skin care routine morning/night can work like a treat😊

get a retinol based product as a serum, and use a benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid-based cleanser in the am and pm. it can be drying. but it helps.

I use really good cleansing products! The stuff from Holland and Barrett is really good and natural!
