Okay ladies I need your help.

I had a miscarriage on the 27th of November at 7 weeks, I bleed for almost 3 weeks ( was never as heavy as a normal period). My doctor told me to get back on the pill as soon as the bleeding stopped so I did. I had a week bleed free and then I got my period on the normal date I would. I then had another week and a half bleed free and then I got another “period” this time it was more of a brown creamy discharge for 3-4 days and it was very light. Obviously during this time my partner and I have had sex more than a few times and now I feel like I could possibly be pregnant again as I’m so incredibly emotional and my boobs feel like they are going to explode ( yes I’m on the pill but only because my doctor recommended I give my body a break for a while before we start trying again)

My question is do you think I could still possibly be pregnant even thought I’m on the pill?
