That weird feeling in your stomach...

Has anyone ever experienced this? You’re talking with a friend, watching tv, playing a game, or just hanging out with your pets. All of a sudden, you get this weird feeling in your body. Like you’re uncomfortable but for no good reason? Almost a “dirty” feeling like when you masturbate too much in 1 sitting. I can’t explain it, in fact, I’ve never been able to. But it feels like its centered in my lower stomach area. Maybe even my vagina. It’s so hard to explain, but it almost feels like a silent anxiety/panic attack. I’m so uncomfortable in my own skin in this moment that all I want to do is cry. Has anyone ever experienced this or something similar? I feel so alone because no one understands how I’m feeling. Maybe because it’s hard to describe. But it feels sort of like this...
