What now:(

Question

Currently at home going through a miscarriage. I was 5w3d. Is there any tips or tricks any of you ladies found helped you through it? Should I be just laying in bed or carry on with my normal routine? I just don’t know what to do with myself and 
I forgot to ask when I was at the hospital as I was in such a state.

:( I'm sorry for your loss. I have had 2 miscarriages one natural and one surgical. I was on holiday with the natural one. It's so hard but just rest up, watch tv and eat crap. I didn't want to leave the sofa or my house for ages. Just look after yourself and do what you need to do xx

I'm so sorry. I just recently miscarried. I tried to take it easy and wait it out. Don't use tampons when you bleed!

I miscarried 2 weeks ago for the second time. I was 11w3d. I laid in bed. When I felt the pain (basically contractions) I would go sit on the toilet since I knew what was next. At one point I just laid down on the bathroom floor because the pain was pretty bad. Eventually the pain started to go away. I was able to sleep 3 hours and go to my dr's appt that morning for my second D&C; (which was beyond horrible because I was awake for the whole thing and the pain was ridiculous!) After everything. I stayed in bed for a few days. I let my husband take care of me. The first time I basically mc at the hospital. I had a D&C; but was comoletely knocked out. I also stayed home for a few days and slept and cried and slept some more and cried some more.

I recently miscarried at 6 weeks and didn't leave the house, except to go to the doctor, for a few days. I ate cake and talked to the dog. Do you, whatever feels right for you. I went back to my routine a week later so I wouldn't obsess but that's me. I'm sorry you are going through this❤
