Should other countries have the right to stop immigration from America?

Why or why not?
Should countries be able to stop immigration from very specific places?
If yes, how can that be regulated to ensure that it is done for legitimate reasons and not just based on discrimination?

I think that countries should reserve the right to stop people from certain countries immigrating in. I just think it needs to be based on more than harmful stereotypes 🤷‍♀️

Instead of banning everyone from America, you instead ban Americans who have had a connection to White Supremacist groups.

Yes. Countries should be free to choose who they want to allow to immigrate to their countries. Some countries have cultures that do not mix or assimilate well and that can cause problems.

Countries are sovereign states. They each have the right to decide who, and how many people they allow into their borders. Anyone who says no- if I just moved into your house and said, hey I live here now- pretty sure you would be peeved... same idea, just on a bigger scale.

I feel like if we're blocking them, they should be able to block us. Ideally, I don't think the US should block entire countries but since that seems to be where we're at as a country, I wouldnt blame anyone for blocking us.

I'm just confused because we have immigration laws here, people break them and have kids here. Then said kids protests for Dacia rights!

Shit I have friends in Canada and Australia that want to move here but can't and follow all the rules. But maybe if they got some poster boards and marched they could get in????
