Is it normal for me to not want to go to my Junior Prom this year?? My friends and my mom are all trying to pressure me into going but I really do not want to. Id much rather work that night. Plus I have big plans for buying myself a car this year and buying a prom dress and stuff like that (which if I go my parents won’t pay a dime) will set me back at least a couple hundred dollars.
