7 days past ovulation

Silvia • Sat, May 30 • My name is Silvia :) I`m from California I`m married and have 1 child. I am a stay at home mom and currently pregnant with baby # 2

I had sex on my ovulation day which was 7 days ago... I'm now experiencing my nipples are sore I have sharp cramps ! Sometimes going down to my vagina . I'm wondering when is the best time to test ?? I'm supposed to start my period in 7 days .
