First off: Do you have your best friends approval?
Second off: If it works out, what will change in your friendship and will it be worth it?? (Spending less time with your BFF, sneaking in his room when you stay the night and making her upset, etc)
Let me just say most of the time your best friend will be around a lot longer than a guy.. So I vote take your time. Find out if your friend is okay with it, then slowly see if the brother comes around, and after that just weigh your options. Good luck!
