Lose flabby stomach
For those of you who stuggle with tummy fat. I would 100% recommend you drink ginger water.... You can find Ginger root at any local market(I buy mine in bundles at the 99© stores for the low price of 99cents)
I typically make a big batch in the morning and drink all day.
Try this out for a week and I'm sure that you will see a big difference in your stomach. Change in appearance is even visable in 2 days.
Trust me. This is always my GO TO after a rough week of not eating well and not working out much. Which in turn is weight gain, for me. especially in my stomach

Cut ginger. *you can shave the root or leave the skin, which contains nutrients.
*For more fat burn you can throw in green tea bags

Let ginger come to a boil for 30-45 min.. Or until water becomes the color of tea.

a plus is mixing your (cooled) ginger water into cucumber infused water. Or an infused water of your choice
