And it’s 12am here now and I forgot to take my 4th tablet ( I take 1 tablet 4 times a day)
What should I do 😞

I saw your above comment you just took the 3rd pill. Not sure what medication you are on but I'm sure it will be fine if you missed 1 pill. But maybe put an alarm in your phone or something so you don't keep forgetting
