Energy 😓
Do you ladies have any suggestions on how to get some energy to be able to clean without getting tired easily? Tips on what to drink or do right after I wake up? I’ll be 13weeks Friday and it seems like I have less and less energy to do anything. I’m just not sure how to get back into my old routine without being so tired and having to stop after maybe an hour of cleaning. I used to be super active and clean for hours non stop until everything was spot less, now my back starts hurting after a while of picking things up and I have to sit down and take breaks often 😕
