A few ways to avoid stress during pregnancy that I’m doing that may help you guys
* Meditation
* Breathing exercises
* Yoga
* Hot bath
* What I call a selfie day ( treat yourself to a spa day or eat out alone for once )
* Listening to nature sounds on Pandora in a peaceful setting
* Shopping!
