Hunger pains?

I'm 14 weeks & I know it's too early to feel the baby move but I've been getting like hunger pains. The thing is I'm not usually hungry. This is my 1st baby. What could this be? Advice needed!!

My mom told me once that you don't actually need to eat more when your pregnant, she stayed to the same meals she had when wasn't pregnant, so it could actually be anything😶
