Is this normal?

I know this is the tiniest little pinprick of blood ever, but I haven't had any bleeding/spotting my entire pregnancy.

I'm 39 weeks today.

I had some contractions this morning. And I had thought my water might have been leaking this morning cause my undies were pretty wet but it doesn't seem wet down there anymore and my doctor said I'd be continuously wet if my water broke!

So anyways! Is this normal? Do I need to call my doctor? I keep being THAT patient who calls my doctor over every single thing and I don't want to be THAT patient 🙈
