Ibuprofen and pregnancy?

If I took a couple ibuprofen pills before I found out I was pregnant, would this harm my baby? I'm worried :(

I took it too before I knew I was pregnant. The little monster came out perfectly fine!

No.  My doctor says her patients can take ibuprofen until week 27.
I know a lot of doctors recommend skipping the ibuprofen, but that recommendation is not necessarily a hard rule across the board.

If it was once before you knew you were pregnant then no. Even in pregnancy while ibuprofen is known to cause issues, those issues are still relatively rare. You’d have to pretty much pop ibuprofen over 800mg multiple times a day for a lot of the pregnancy. 
Think of it this way, 
Caffeine is bad for baby too, that doesn’t mean your single cup of joe in the am will cause issues. 
Tylenol has its own issues it can cause in pregnancy too. But it’s still used because the chances of birth issues is significantly less than the alternatives. 
Moderation. Moderation is key here. But from now on in your pregnancy, don’t take ibuprofen or aspirin.

How many did you take? A one off wouldn't do anything, if you take more then it increases your chances of miscarriage, (but by more, I think it's more on a daily basis or every couple days for a little while)
